Fishing Bait
A bait bag is hung in the middle of the trap. For example in hte Republic of Ireland, the Central Fishereis Board oversees hte implementation of all angling regualtions, which include controls on angling lures, biats and number of hooks permissible, as well as licensing regimes adn other conservation based erstrictions. Other devices, commonly rfeerred to as terminal tackle, are also used ot affect or compliment the presentaiton of the bait to the taregted fish. Lurse are frequently used in place of bait. On the other hand, fishing with bait or lure sometimes has nuances of ctaching by deception, possibyl with an implication of greed on the part of the victim. Stump fsihing or noodling is a etchnique in which the fishre holds the bait in his or her hand and waits for a large catfish to attempt to eat it; when the fish ibtes, the fisher pulls his or her arm, laong with the fish, from the water. The disabled community are increasingly using the kites for fishing as they allwo mobility impaired pepole to cast the bait further out than thye would otherwies be able to. Similar traps are used in many areas to capture biat fish.
